At the heart of counselling is the relationship we build together. It’s not just about talking – it’s about feeling safe enough to be real, without judgement. When you feel seen, heard, and accepted exactly as you are, something powerful can happen. That kind of connection can open the door to real healing, self-discovery, and change.

 

I know how important it is to find the right therapist – someone you can trust and feel comfortable with. That’s why I offer a free 15-minute discovery call. It’s a relaxed, no-pressure space where we can talk about what’s bringing you here, see how it feels to connect, and decide together whether it’s the right fit.

 

Our sessions are led by you – there’s no “right” way to do therapy. If it feels helpful, we might gently explore how emotions show up in your body, using things like breathwork, grounding exercises, or simple mindfulness techniques. These practices can help you feel more present and more connected to yourself. But everything we do will be guided by your comfort and your choice.

 

Therapy can support you with all kinds of things – from anxiety, low mood, relationship challenges, and burnout, to grief, trauma, or feeling stuck in patterns you’d like to shift. Or maybe you’re just feeling a bit lost and want to understand yourself better. Whatever brings you here, you're welcome – and you don’t have to do it alone.
